Kneipp therapy with balancing path
Kneipp therapy is a hydrotherapy procedure based on placing your feet in the heat and cold. You walk slowly in cold water and lift your legs high. It causes irritation of the thermoreceptors of the foot based on the effect of the difference between heat and cold. The therapy has a beneficial effect on metabolism, improves blood circulation, tones muscles and contributes to strengthening the body. The passage through the water seamlessly connects to the balance path. The effect of walking barefoot on different types of surface consists in the stimulation of the receptors (nerve endings) of the foot and the subsequent reflex reaction of the muscles of the whole body. The procedure has a positive effect on maintaining joint stability and the body's balance function.
